“We drove into Kwik Kar to look at getting our A/C recharged, and without any form of paperwork, Bernie said he'd take a look. The process took about 90 minutes, at the end of which, Bernie had repaired the A/C to the best of his ability and identified other potential problems. He instructed us on how to buy and install the damaged parts cheaply and then sent us on our way without being charged. I must say, that the level of commitment extended to us was extremely professional and I will DEFINITELY be returning to this Kwik Kar for future service!”

They finished the work earlier than promised and the cost was within estimate. Everyone there was friendly and their level of service was excellent. “I have seen Dr. Sheehan at the Timberlawn Outpatient Facility and I cannot recommend her enough. I have a very complicated and aggressive mental illness that does not respond well to medication. We've been through countless medication concoctions. She is one of the most patient doctors that I have ever met. It hasn't been easy for either of us (especially her). Dr. Sheehan is always there when I need her over the phone - she always calls back by mid afternoon if you leave her a message. She has done everything to make sure I'm okay and I adore her and appreciate her more than I could put into words. If you're looking for a caring and patient psychiatrist, she's the one to go to. She's at the East Dallas Timberlawn Outpatient Facility.”
