“Edit 9/13 Returned the RV today. Everything worked well with the exception of one of the floor level "night lights", and we only noticed that after 7 days. Spent the week in Colorado, and loved the tow/haul feature in the mountains. The C19 RV that we were supposed to pick up was involved in an accident and Randy worked to help us out and upgraded us to a standard 25 foot. He even started the refrigerator the night before pickup so that it would be cold when we picked it up. All of the accessories work as expected and the interior was exceptionally clean. He did a thorough walkthrough with us to explain how everything worked, and even fixed a couple small issues he found as he was doing the walkthrough. Randy is really on his game.”
