“Don't let this small comfort-shoe store fool you- there are many fashionable shoes here at a reasonable price. And the best part? They are ALL comfortable. If they don't have something, it's because it's not in season, but once in season, you'll have a wonderful selection of shoes, boots, even heels. I have very sensitive feet, so no matter badly I want to find me those stilleto heels or stylish booties, I always limp back to this store after enduring cheaply made shoes. You won't regret shopping here. I repeat- the shoes are COMFORTABLE. So don't be surprised if you don't see stilleto heels or pointy-toe shoes here. Those styles aren't going to be comfortable in general. I highly recommend this store to others.”

“They do second chance check and are open on Sundays which is awesome!! My only complaint is that when I was hospitalized and lost my job I was unable to close my checking account and continuously got charged $35 every time they checked and I did not have more than $100 in my checking account. I proved to them that I was not awake at Parkland Hospital and could not close my account but it was company policy to charge me a fee for six months and then I had to pay the fee with direct deposit in order to get my account back. I have them as my bank still but would not have a bank account if they were not a second chance checking bank so I forgive their fees.”

“My family had a great experience at Manchester Place with not 1, but 2 of my grandmothers. Both my mom's mother and father's mother lived in different Manchester Place homes. The personalized care they received is unparalleled to any other facility we tried before we were able to get them in to Manchester Place. In fact, my mother still keeps in touch with many of the staff there as the family developed strong bonds with the exceptional people taking care of our loved ones. There were many activities, family events, & holiday celebrations. The staff always made sure the residents were in the best of spirits. Management is fantastic at Manchester. I personally visited my grandmothers on many occasions, often weekly. I noticed the ownership is engaged and cares about its residents. I also noticed management is always teaching their employees and making them better caretakers for the residents. This always let me know my grandmothers were in the right place. The homes are beautiful and updated with amenities to accommodate the elderly. I know I would be very lucky myself to live in a Manchester Place home when the time comes.”
