Is it the branch manager or his staff? The entire crews at this location are so nice and extremely genuine. No fake service in these people's DNA - "Nada". “Wow I’m so happy I found this place. Joe is the supervisor and offered amazing customer service. He made sure I was comfortable in the recently sanitized lobby and did a PHENOMENAL job on my car. My whole car was sparkling after the super wash. And the best part? It was only $55. Awesome experience at wave wash. This is now the only place I’ll go in Dallas for my car wash. FYI they use a leather conditioner for your car that protects the seats for three months, other places use cleaning agents that will crack the Vinyl over time.”

“Ok, admittingly Chris and I did not get off to a good start. I believe he had Mr. Roach as my attorney. Sometimes I can be a bit high maintenance and going through a SAPCR with a non responsive ex was very stressful. I did pay my retainer to this firm and later backed out bc of my financial situation and the COVID pandemic. I do plan to hire him or Mr. Roach back. This firm has been nothing but kind to me and I am appreciative of what they do.”
