“I thought I would be dismayed about the staffing changes when I stopped by the afternoon of 5/19? Because no one whom I was familiar with was working, not the eager proficient and thorough friendly guy from Nepal, nor the older proficient, thorough and friendly Hispanic? guy who are so gracious in getting my order right the first time. The cashier was even new to me. But I am quite happy with the two that took my order helping me to decide what to get with earnest enthusiasm. I got the sandwich deal which had enough meat for two servings for me but true, the side of coleslaw was a paltry portion but fresh it was and going back to the brisket/sliced beef there was no need for the sauce as the cook really took care of me. Their suggesting the sandwich saved me money but there was no where to put the leftover paper linen dead president but on the counter which always feels... I have several of the Dickey's coupons from the back of Kroger receipts to use and there are plenty of people I know who enjoy Dickey's sliders as a treat. I will be patronizing the Medical District eatery more often than once in awhile, as much for their meat, as their accomplished personable and professional staff.
