Our apartment was newly remodeled upon move in and all our appliances were furnished and seem work well. I have not experienced any rodent problems but there is a slight roach concern just like most apartments have anywhere. I think Maity (manager) does a great job and so far has been very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit of an issue at this complex as there is just not enough spaces.”
