“Wow, What a gem! It's in a residential neighborhood. This a home that's been converted into a small assisted living facility, so it feels warm & homey, not institutional. The big difference is the staff. The care ratio is 1:3. How can you beat that?! I thought it was too good to be true, but they did everything that was promised. They cared for my family like he was their own. Everyone is clean & happy. There was no smell. The bonus was having him so close by, where we could drop by easily, instead of spending time driving. It's affordable care, close to home. Vacancies don't last long! If you live in far north Dallas, consider this option. You won't regret it!”

“We went to Banfield for my two dogs for awhile, then we went to another vet for one year because my parents wanted to go to a veterinarian office that speaks our language (so they can communicate better). But we realized there's no veterinarian like this Banfield. From the front desk to the doctors(Dr.Lee is the best!), you can tell they love animals and care them with lots of love. They are always welcoming and explain to you what's going on in detail. Highly recommended.”

“We were treated like family members when we adopted a cat. We did not go in to adopt a cat, we went in to buy a gold fish. They notice us loving on a grey cat. We filled out adoption papers and they gifted us with free cat food and cat water. (Totally unexpected!) OTHERWISE WE WERE TREATED LIKE LOVING FAMILY MEMBERS! GO TO THIS PETSMART STORE!
