“Michael's is a hobby and craft store. The selection of product is pretty good depending on what your hobby is. They have a small bit of this and that. Painting, scrap booking, art supplies, and such. There's also seasonal home decor on offer as the holidays change. Personally, I think Hobby Lobby has more products and variety, but Michaels consistently has very good sales and coupons. This Michaels location is a good one if you need to stop in.”

“If you're old school and still like to hold a book and manually turn pages, then this is the place for you. They've got plenty of books in here, from classics to new releases. If you're all about technology, they offer their digital reader called Nook too. Plus stationary, calendars, toys, and physical media. There's also a coffe shop if you like a cup of Joe as you dig your nose between the book cover trying to find out who the killer is. It's also a visually appealing store to shop.”

“This store has a lot of cool stuff. It is nice to rummage around. Staff is relatively friendly depending on the day. I respect the diversity of characters, but some staff are quiet and it feels weird to be around them. It would be nice I'd they cleaned up the areas more, but is clear many of them are not 'that' passionate about creating an impression or welcoming environment. They should "recover" the store more and help create more frequent customers ie. revenue.”

I called in my order and he answered the phone very fast and in such a good mood i had to ask him which location this was to make sure i had the right place! He was very kind! Didn’t mind explaining or anything! I went in to pick up my food and he was just as sweet! This place was is dire need of him! Now usually I have a HORRIBLE experience at this McAlester's. The customer service is horrible, the staffs attitude is depressing. However this time MARC made my heart smile! He literally lifted my spirit just from his interactions! Hopefully I get him every time from now on!”

“Best buy has some great deals from week to week on electronics or appliances. I usually find something I want on sale in their ad or via the website. They are one of the last best brick and mortar places to shop at, but they also offer order online and pick up in store. This location is a bit tinier than most, but still have most things in stock. Customer service was good too on my recent visit. Worth visiting.”
