“Overall, this TA is a good truck stop. I’m getting a PM service done so parking will be free. It’s $15 anything over 2 hours or $20 spent on the store for parking, just like Maryland. The shelves are neat and the restrooms are busy but, I see someone cleaning them at intervals too. The shop got me in within an hour and the restaurant staff are nice. Better than some places I’ve been, (Pilot on I-74 SE of Indy or Pilot on I-70 on the W.V./PA border EB. Those are truly hell holes.”

“Clean safe place, police officer on duty round the clock. People are very friendly, hot showers in private bath room for $14 travelers. Comes with clean towels already in bath and soap if needed. Hot food made and served morning until ?, smells great in there. There is another restaurant, fast food inside, but regular hours open. Always something to heat and eat, drink and clean public restroom. You can also get a haircut!”

“Being a holiday weekend lunch hour the place was packed. Despite this, I was quick to get seated and my order was taken fast. The server was efficient and attentive despite the several customers being waited on. Food was served hot and my drink was never allowed to be emptied. All the employees were on top of their game. I had an enjoyable time just watching the interactions of all the people. Would definitely stop by again next time my truck needs to be serviced nearby.”

“This place is brand-new as of 9/1/2019. My delivery was on 9/6. Nice place, great people to deal with. They are still ramping up to full capacity, so there wasn't a lot going on when I delivered. I got right in and right out. They have overnight parking, which I was very thankful for when I arrived late the night before. It's right next door to the TA (Dallas South). One caution on the parking area: don't back all the way so your trailer tires hit the curb without taking a good look. There are light posts right behind the curb and newly planted trees a bit further back. Most drivers will notice these, but some won't. I'm guessing that it won't be long before some of the trees and light posts get hit by trailer overhang. Putting barriers at the curb or requiring drivers to slide tandems all the way back before parking could solve most of the problem. It's great to have overnight parking here, thank you Preferred Freezer Services!”
