“This is my second review in a few years. The service is decent and staff are courteous. Some concerns: 1. If you come at a certain time as a walk-in you have to sign in after 1pm. I noticed that people who had just walked through the door signed up prior to 1pm. I understand if the person that came in happened to sign in at exactly 1pm, but it's not acceptable to let them do so prior to the time I was given. 2. Clients seem to not have any common sense. I'm currently sitting next to a young man who is playing his cell phone music loud enough for all of us to hear. Not surprisingly his mother proceeds to sit next to him while she holds a loud phone conversation. At least 4 people are currently on their phone having what are obviously unnecessary phone calls. This impedes my ability to hear when I am called and also interferes with the staffs ability to communicate with a client. Signs are needed to regulate the noise level.”
