“Shout out to Randy who took very good care of us getting after 1am on Saturday morning. He was super polite and very accommodating, We got a very nice room too. Also, a shout out to the shuttle driver allowing us to ride to the hotel with no reservation. We were either sleeping at the airport or praying they had a room. The only thing I would suggest is giving the shuttle driver access to room availability so when people in our situation ask, he can verify if they have rooms available or not. Either way, shuttle drive was awesome too!”

“Came here from California on our way to a family reunion...Stayed for 3 days. My 3 girls and I love this place! We have a beautiful room! So clean, spacious, quiet. Full kitchen, large bathroom. Beds are comfy. Rooms heats up quickly and cools down quickly...The front desk gal, Skylan (not sure of the spelling?) Was so friendly, it completed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good enough for what we needed and the ladies helping out in there were very helpful. I wish I would've gotten all their names! One of the best stays I've had. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you!”

“EVERYONE at this store is amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. This store saved my day! I literally lost my car, job, and phone within 1 WEEK. One week later (aka today) my new phone falls into the street and was crushed into a million pieces. I decided to go into the store because I was wanting to trade in my phone for a different one and understand my options. They were able to explain all of my options, help me with insurance, and get me on my feet again. THANK YOU especially to the general manager who was very helpful the whole way and forgot her name. But she deserves a raise. I seriously have never had better service from any company even with the hiccups in my plan and process. I went in sad, angry, and mad... I came out great! The service was wonderful. No other Verizon in DFW compares.”
