“I have lived at 5400 Live Oak for three years now and I absolutely love it here. My pool is amazing and summer time is great. I love my neighbors and my manager Kelly, she's the best. Power Properties has a 24/7 emergency contact number incase of emergency water leaks, toilet back ups, ect... My apartment is two bedroom, one bath, I have hardwood floors and marble counter tops. The landscape is incredible. Palm trees surround the pool area and we also have a hot tub which is very relaxing on a cool day. Our parking lot is covered, never know whats gunna happen with this crazy Texas weather so that's a plus. So far, I have enjoyed my stay with Power Properties.”

I have witnessed specifically Mrs. Amenti speak life into those kids and her spirit at the school is such a blessing to the school overall. Her interaction has influenced my decision in bringing my child there. If you get a chance to speak to her or any of the teachers you will be sold on the school. The kids speak with a sense of respect and they look out for one another. It is truly a home away from home. Overall a great school and gem in the community.”
