They lean on the side of conservative dentistry meaning not rack up a massive bill with a bunch of add ons. They possess modern tech instruments but are not gimmicky. Dr. Leftwich is kind and empathetic to every issue I’ve had. I go regularly for cleanings and checkups and all my appointments have been consistently the same which is the best possible outcome and to me means they have refined the customer experience. “This morning around 6AM my husbands tired got a flat on the freeway. After we pulled off, we called 4 other “24 Hour” places to no answer before calling Max Express. The gentleman there answered almost immediately and was very professional, giving us a very quick time frame for the tire change. When the service tech showed up well within the estimated time, he had all the tools he needed for the job. He worked very quick and efficiently, even going as far as carefully loading our tire and supplies back into our trunk for us. Our spare tire even had no air in it, and he was able to put air in at the same time he installed it. He offered some recommendations for future care that was incredibly helpful. We will definitely give this company our business again, should we be in this position again.”

“Last week I stopped by El Padrino after 3 previous car lots. I googled El Padrino looking at their cars and decided to give it a try. Jorge was the salesman who assisted me. He was professional and nice, most of all he was not pushy or came rushing at me. He listened to what I was looking for and steered me in the direction of a couple of options. He and his associates let me take a couple vehicles on a test drive alone, he only called about 15 minutes after I left to make sure the car was running fine and I was ok. I had a bottom line budget and I could not waiver against what I was willing to spend. After discussing the price of the vehicle and deciding to purchase it, the rest of the process went very smooth. My only concerns was the vehicle I decided to to buy didn’t have a key fob that locked the doors. Jorge said he would get one for me, and he did. I also asked Jorge when the last oil change was, and he told me he would make sure to have the service center change my oil. One of the main reasons they u understand the assignment of customer service was how Jorge arranged a driver to come pick me up at the airport when I had to return my rental car, as I rented a car for the day to solely buy a car. It was a pleasure doing business with Jorge and their team.”

“Dr. Rai delivered both of my children during her residency at Charlton Methodist years ago. I was young and she was very patient with their father and I. We still talk about her to this day. I no longer live in Dallas but if I ever move back, she would be my first choice for primary care. She was eager, knowledgeable, and took her time to answer our questions or told us where we could find it. We weren’t judged because we were young, but encouraged to give our babies the best start possible. She always seemed happy to see us and we were always so happy to see her.
