Gillette replaced my rear brakes. The work was fine but the mechanic was sloppy with his dirty black finger prints on the light interior in my Lexus. I had about 4 places in my car that he had touched. I accidentally left the visor down and there was a black finger print where he had closed it with his dirty finger. The other finger prints were left from him apparently getting in and out of the car instead of using the door handle that you are supposed to use. I picked my car up right before they closed. I tried calling them back that day but apparently they were gone for the day. I purcharsed some cleaner and clean it myself.

I can't say enough about the skills and service level here. I have been here with 3 cars and referred more that 3 times and heard back they were just as impressed. I had a repair the dealer could not fix after several tries. Great place for car repairs if that check engine light is on. Very reasonable in my experience and they were not small jobs. -Detra M

Words cannot express my gratitude for Linda and the rest of the Gillette automotive team. My car started breaking down in between Dallas and Austin so I took the first exit and happened to turn onto their street. Purely by accident, I saw their sign and pulled into their parking lot. Without hesitation, Linda and her team rushed to help me not only find out the problem but begin to solve it. They had to order a part from Nissan, which they did straight away, and offered suggestions for places to stay overnight while they worked on my car. I was up and out of there in under 24 hours with my full confidence that everything was taken care of. Linda and her team were communicative, professional, helpful, and most importantly, kind. As a single pregnant woman driving down the road, I needed help more than I ever have before. Over the moon that everything happened the way that it did.
