  I contacted the Ernie Williams agency after having been insured by the same agent for 40 years. Not only was it the most responsive service I’ve ever received, but it was diligent, and well presented. Roy from his staff was equally eager to help me and I finally have some comfort with my insurance situation. It went from a mess to well-managed in less than 24 hours.

  In search of a new insurance company I was told to speak with Ernie Williams Insurance from a co worker. When I contacted him from the very first conversation I know I wanted to work with him from the customer services skills alone. He listen to my situation and understood I was shopping around. What I appreciated was the words “let me see what I can do for you”. Once he came up with some figures he was very patient in explaining what he offers opposed to what we were getting. He was very detailed in discussing policy in the way that I could understand. One thing I like about Mr. William he didn’t pressure us, just giving the facts and guidance on a quality service. I now have a better policy for home and auto.

  Let's face it, dealing with insurance can be something none of us want to deal with. I was in the market to find a solid, reputable agent that would deal with me in an honest and open way, support my needs and help guide me. On good recommendation, I was directed to work with the Ernie Williams Insurance Agency and it definitely didn't disappoint. We spent a long time reviewing my needs, and discussing options without any pressure, just guidance on choices that would be best for me, based on what I identified that I needed. It was seamless, informative, and supportive. I found better insurance for both my auto and house needs and walked out actually getting more for less. Five stars doesn't measure the great customer service, value and quality of this professional group. I'm a fan for life and will say with this company moving forward because I know they have integrity in the way they operate. Ten Stars for this group!!!

  I heard about Ernie Insurance on the radio regarding blankets and stuffed animal donations for the elderly. I ended up calling for more info and changed my Auto and Rental Insurance to a better price of what I am paying. Ernie is so professional and prompt. He listened to what I am looking for——HE LISTENED. Ernie answered every question I asked and did not rush me, nor did he attempt to push more or made me feel like I had to have. I knew what I wanted he suggested and was honest. Thank you Ernie Williams for listening and being so professional.

  What can I say about Ernie Williams Insurance Agency.....doing the course of me dealing with other agencies I can truly say that Ernie Williams Insurance Agency is far the best when it comes to helping you save money and being able to get affordable coverage. I would recommend anyone who is looking for affordable life,rental-home and car insurance to reach out to Mr. David Cummings. Never had an agent who goes over and beyond for his clients. DID I SAY HE HELPED ME SAVE ALOT OF MONEY.
