Dr. Phillips and her staff is totally AWESOME. Dr. Phillips is a rarity, she gives olde school medical care. To say that she genuinely cares for her patients is an understatement. Her medical practices and her level of professionalism is above and beyond the call of duty! I drive far just to get to her.
First of all, I have anxiety and was having bad days for three days straight and went in with a High level of anxiety , Mcdalia (not sure if I spelled that right) medical assistant was able to communicate with me in a way to calm me down and help me feel at ease . She understood what I was going through. I’ve never seen a staff, so generous and kind. On the other hand I was currently leaving one doctor due to serious communication problems along with his staff always making me feel like there was not a care in the world for me , kind of “ like just here’s your script now get out of here” , may I state it took them days to get scripts in . It took them too long to get things done so I started looking for a new doctor. And boy oh boy, can I confirm that the doctor here, Mrs. Phillips( I hope I got that right) was very polite, kind, and concerned about what I was going through which in turn she showed compassion ,and she was very understanding she took the time to hear me out. And even took the time to try new steps to help me recover from anxiety so if there’s any place you may feel like you need help, this family practice is the place to go. You won’t regret it. Their communication level is on spot. I had no trouble on getting my medicines on time and if I may say when I left there my anxiety level had decreased. I look forward to the help I will be receiving from them in the future and I want to thank the staff and the doctor for everything I feel right at home. Took me along time to make the decision to look around for someone new and I’m definitely glad I made the leap. If I could give them 10 stars instead of 5 I would. So I will do this manually ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I definitely also recommend them. Thank you again.
Love Dr. Phillips as she really takes the time to ask the questions and listen to what you have to say. I have my Mother and Husband now using Dr phillips as their primary.
Each visit is wonderful. Dr. Phillips listens to my concerns and we both come together and figure out a solution.
Dr. Phillips truly cares and takes the time to get to know and understand her patients needs and what they’re trying to accomplish to better their health.
