  Choose again honestly changed my life! I always thought that yoga wasn’t for me but they show you yoga is for everybody you just have to be open to it. I promise you will leave different. It’s just something you have to experience for yourself.

  I'm truly looking forward to my next Session.The experience of yoga has been different and life-changing. It's the Instructor that makes it worthwhile❣ She makes me want to continue to come, makes me want to push through. Ms. Sandy not only has a Beautiful Soul but she's Anointed and has a gift from the Most High. I am thankful to have this opportunity and look forward to every time I'm allowed to be in her presence. She strengthens Mind, Body and Soul💯❣

  My original post cleared I error, but here’s an update...
  
  I went again this past Thursday (I can’t remember which day it was, but the schedule is on the website) && it was great! I thought it was cool how Sandy kept the flow of the class while being able to cater to one of the ladies who was healing from an injury. My body is sore because I needs to go more && get my body into shape, but a Sista feels GREAT! At least once per week is the new necessary for me. It’s a good for the soul! It’s truly healing!

  I've been coming to choose again Yoga studio for 5 years. Sandy has been a blessing to my spiritual & physical health.
  
  After being ran over by a car my mobility was limited. Sandys patience & guidance has allowed me to regain my mobility and confidence.
  
  I now refer all of my Doula clients to Choose Again Yoga.
