  Unlike several plumbers that I called, Plumber Dude's quickly responded the same day to my call. Ron quickly found the issue to our stoppage and explained in detail what repairs were needed. The repairs were made in a timely manner. Ron even cleaned the floor where the repairs were made. I am completed satisfied with their service.

  I contacted Plumber Dude's regarding a stoppage affecting my kitchen sinks and washing machine. It took less than 5 minutes to setup an appointment with them. They arrived on time and resolved the problem within a very short time, less than 15 minutes! I was very impressed with their timeliness, professionalism , good attitude, people skills and overall, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Ron explained the cause and location of the problem ( with a neatly drawn diagram ..) and the resolution. Encountered this problem approximately 10 years ago and was told by "another plumbing company " that it was caused by 'tree roots' from a very large tree in my back yard. For a fee of $5K, THEY could fix the problem !!!..... The honest and integrity of Plumber Dude's was more than appreciated. I would highly recommend this company .

  Today was the first time to use my Home Serve insurance. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly there were able to schedule my appointment! Then, with my permission, they were able to come sooner than scheduled!
  The work was completed satisfactorily and Kelvin made certain everything was clean before he left.
