  The Red Lobster in Duncanville was very busy. The wait staff was very nice and efficient. Their was a problem with our bill but it was quickly resolved. The food was excellent. I especially liked the lobster mashed potatoes. Of course there are those wonderful biscuits.

  Dinner with the wife and kids. Our waiter was probably the best waiter I've ever had. He was prompt and attentive and we never had an empty glass in front of us. He was quick with the appetizer and salad and had hot biscuits out to us as soon as he brought our first drinks. The food was on par everything was cooked to perfection including the broccoli which I normally send back because it's usually undercooked. In all, it was a great experience and the waiter clearly has raised the bar.

  Delicious lunch for 15 today! Everything was hot and fresh, and our waitress was very organized. We didn't have to ask for anything. She anticipated our every need.

  I normally dread coming to this area, but the service I received today will make me look forward to coming back. Reginald ensured I never went seconds with an empty cup and even packed a refill to go when it was time for me to leave. The food came out in a timely manner and the workers all said bye(a North Dallas restaurant thing) when I was leaving. Reginald explained the orders clearly to the point where my not so English fluent mother was able to order with no translation assistance. Keep up the good work Reginald.
