Accent wa able to process a small repair same day. I had three estimates very close. I didnt know if I would be available for consult if the repair was more expensive so I told them if the job was within $150 of estimate to just keep working but they didn't take advantage and did the work for the estimated price. In addition I offered to pay prior to the work being completed but the Accent Rep said he would prefer to be paid after the job was complete. When I replace the roof Accent will get the job.

Jesse was very responsive and professional. He was recommended to us through our realtor who had also personally used him. We are so pleased with his work and all of the questions he answered for us. He was flexible and helped us pick the right shingles. Our total re-roof was needed as a result of storm damage. Insurance only covered a portion and we paid out of pocket for the rest. He also helped work with our insurance company to get them to increase their portion of the coverage. Jesse’s pricing was very fair. He is an honest roofer and has integrity. We experienced severe hail damage from the March 2016 storms. I contacted Accent Roofing at the suggestion of someone I highly trust. A word of mouth referral is the best type of referral. I received an immediate response to my inquiry and Jesse came out swiftly to review and assess my roofing and other home improvement needs.

Accent Roofing walked me through the insurance process, the various options for my roof and then took on the enormous task of also being the general contractor for a carpenter, gutter replacement and some unique fencing needs.

Our roof was replaced swiftly and the work area was left immaculately clean. The carpenter repaired all of the hail dents and painting needs along with some wear and tear on our facia boards that needed some long standing attention.

The fencing job was a custom request to remove an old dilapidated arbor by our bay window and replace it with something modern and new. I sent a photo to Jesse and told him what I was hoping to accomplish and he and his team rose to the task! They made my dream a reality!!
