She has helped us upgrade our phones and always helps make sure all of our data is transfered to our new phones!!! She is always so happy and bubbly even when we run in to the shop in a crisis, we think.. she helps us figure out the issue. We have referred several people to the Duncanville Cricket to Ms. G!!! 10, star customer service hands down!!!
