Dedicated, hard working, patient, honest, not qualities usually associated with used car dealers but this one has them all. When they go to the auction they even inspect the car and drive it themselves just to make sure they get you a good car you will be happy with and won't cause you problems. I had bad credit, was looking for a Miata that could only be gray or black with a manual trans and had to be under 10k 2006 or newer. Not an easy find but Tyrone accepted the challenge. After I denied several they found, they found the one I wanted and Tyrone even drove me to Houston to pick it up to keep the cost down. The level of customer service was outstanding and even when Tyrone wasn't there all the other staff were polite, accepting, and willing to work with me.
