  Luis from the service department really helped me out. He was very professional and tried his best to find out what issues my car had, he explained everything to me and was very helpful.

  I purchased a new Nissan SUV for my wife on August 10, 2019. I must say my salesperson Andrew Pendleton was absolutely fantastic. Andrew went out of his way to find the right SUV for me to buy and I highly recommend him. I had a great buying experience at Metro Nissan.

  I normally do not look forward to purchasing a car. It always seems that when I arrive at the dealership from the second I lay eyes on a car the conversation with the sales person turns to price. “If we can get the cost to a rate you can afford will I leave with the car today?” As a result, I normally do most of my shopping online and only go to the dealer if it looks like they have in stock the car I have in mind. In this case, I really didn’t think I was going to buy. I had never driven a Murano but they had the model, year and color I was searching for. I made contact with a salesmen, Andrew, online and he invited my to come in during lunch for a quick test drive. When I arrived the car was pulled up in front of the showroom and Andrew was busy with another customer. Rather than trying to juggle two customers another very friendly salesmen, Justin introduced himself and took me to see the car. Immediately this was a very different experience. Justin asked me a couple of questions about why I picked the Murano and then proceeded to show me features that lined up with my needs. He knew more about the vehicle than I did- Image that ! I felt so comfortable with the experience that I bought the car- Now the reason for the five stars- When purchasing I had a couple minor issues with the used car that we agreed would be corrected. One item required a replacement part so it would take a couple days. A few days later when the part was in, I was contacted to bring the car in to be serviced. The Customer Service Rep, Sarah was very friendly and accommodating. From the time I arrived at the dealer everyone I came in contact with, and I mean everyone was “Customer First”. Can I get you a bottle of water, is there anything I can do to help. Here is the remote for the TV – watch whatever you want. As I waited for the rental car, I discovered that they were not confusing me with a local celebrity; all customers were getting this level of treatment. The owner of this dealership has built a culture of amazing customer service.
