  Very nice. New location and it is very comfortable. Well worth the cost of the room.

  Take it from a local: If you're staying in Farmers Branch, Dallas or the surrounding area, this is your place!
  
  Great rooms. Low prices! New construction with amenities like an on-site food, beverage and sundry shop using the honor system, free guest laundry, a gym with treadmill, bike, running machine and weights, outdoor gazebo with grill, a "lending locker" where you can get appliances to cook with, board games, umbrellas, etc. Rooms have full kitchen that includes a dish washer and cooktop. Comfy beds and amenities accessible to those with disabilities like a roll-in shower and ADA doorbell. 100% pet friendly (including service animals, ESA, etc.) Rooms secured with RFID cards. On-site security guard.
  
  Maid service available once weekly for stays 7 nights and over, however, if you need anything replaced, they will do it with no problem—clean towels provided on an exchange basis at the front desk.
  
  Hotel shares pool with Holiday Inn Express next door, just a few feet away, which is owned by the same proprietor.
  
  The desk staff could not be more friendly if they tried and genuinely go out of their way to take care of you. They've earned our business long term for sure. My gratitude go out to the staff who made our stay fun, friendly and memorable.

  Awesome property but there was a power issue with my room. The staff was aware but let me move forward and book the room without any mention. My power went completely out and I had to go to the front desk about.

  Great place to stay if you're staying a couple days and want to cook like you would at home.
  I was tired of eating out and decided to stay here for my travels and loved the full kitchen in my room.
  Staff is wonderful and the room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in.

  Brand new hotel. Still has a "new" smell to it. Everything was great. Very clean and spacious rooms. Service was great from everyone.
