  This place is awesome during this whole covid-19 mess they were actually kind enough to help me get a bong that I was definitely in need of they took the time out of their day to set up a little table in the front window and show me five or so different bonds that I can choose from because I couldn't go into the store to get them so I found one and was very satisfied and I am really glad that I went there I would suggest them anytime thanks a lot fellas I appreciate it

  Clean and always friendly! Jay the sale guy is completely thorough when showing us the mods. I've been here a handful of times and will not go anywhere else!thanks guys!

  Customer service is outstanding. They have a good selection just like any decent vape store and they are competively priced but what makes this store stand is their customer service. Always have great advice and willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. Just today I purchased a coil for my baby beast and it broke. I honestly think I tightened down too much on it and the casing came off it. I actually went back to the store to buy another one but the guy just gave me a replacement. Even offered a different better coil to see if it worked better. I was really impressed.

  I have a great experience everytime! She always has the greatest and best prices in the metroplex. Also, my last experience was on 10/17/18.
  
  I walk in 10 minutes to close and meet her new helper that has been there only a week, Jay. I own a Red SMOK ResaStick that I havent been enjoying very much (mainly due to the fact that I am a new user, So I dont know the best things to get yet).
  
  I walked in to buy a set of V8-BABY-MESH coils for my mod, and when i took it off, I noticed i had a blackened hot spot on my used coil, to which I exclaim "Dang, this is the 2nd mesh in a row to hotspot... just give me the standard coil instead."
  
  He then asked me, "Well HOW do you like to smoke your vape?" To which i replied "I enjoy taking big 10 second pulls."
  
  "He then goes over to the counter where the other SMOK coils are and brings out a beautiful looking V8-BABY-T8 (Octa-coil). He said "Your stick maxes out at 80W, since you like to pull for a long time, your maxing out your power during your long pull. So on the Mesh unit, it is only good for 50 to 70w, where this T8 is rated for 60-80w. Since you pull for so long, its maxing at 80 and burning your coil. Use this T8 since it maxes at 80w and can take the longer hits. and then if that is too weak still, we have the T6 that can go 70 to 90w."
  
  I never knew about all of these options., and even with the store closed, he stayed and educated me. I am 24 hours into my V8-BABY-T8, and couldn't be happier. I actually enjoy my vape now cause it is so much more smooth now!
