The manager is very good at taking care of this property and the resident all lived here for a VERY long time. I am super happy and I dont want to ever move, just get something bigger. The rent is SO affordable and the deposit - both cannot be beat because of the amenties and THE LAKE!!! I like the Owner/Manager - he is very good to his residents! I am blessed to be here!
