  My experience at BT furnishings was very good Kris was really great and very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the furniture that was in stock. I will definitely shop there again and will refer to my friends and family.

  If you’re in the market for quality furniture at a reasonable price BT furniture in Garland is the place to shop. My sales lady was Kaylee, she paid attention to detail and she made sure I got the best prices for the merchandise, The GM there is very helpful about updating you on items that have been marked down or discounted or discontinued.. Thank you both for making my furniture shopping experience exciting and easy…I will be back ..

  It's funny, my husband and I went in to just browse. We didn't expect to find anything but the selection available was really nice, the prices were affordable, and Chris was a huge help. He wasn't pushy, which I really appreciated, and even helped us load up our car. We ended up purchasing a dining set, rug and a pair of coffee tables. We'll be going back for sure to finish furnishing our house.

  The customer service was amazing. All they had left was the display table and chairs, and the table had a small crack in one of the legs. The salesman was extremely personable and attentive and made sure that they wrapped the table and chairs very well and were very careful loading my vehicle. It was also very nice of them to take $100.00 off the set due to the cracked leg.
  We have never had a bad experience at BT Furnishings at either the Garland or Plano stores.

  First of all A+ customer service by Michael C. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out quickly with a great deal on a new office desk made of metal and glass for $80. I would recommend this place highly if your looking for a great deal on any furniture with good quality materials.
