My customer service experience with Cassie and Gabbie Corletto at State Farm was exceptional. The ladies in this office are way more that professional and friendly. They make you feel like you are the only person on the planet when they are working with you. Gabbie is the office manager and she is so down to earth and easy to talk to. She goes the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door. Laura was the agent that I spoke with over the phone. When I finally made it to the office she was amazing, I felt like I had just walked into my family’s home. She has the warmest smile and she is so personable. She took me through my options and I didn’t feel like she was giving me things I didn’t need. She also put me a bag of my favorite candy in my packet. There women are the warmest and most positive people in the insurance industry. The have my business for the long haul.
