  Undoubtably, one of the most difficult and important decisions one can make is finding care for a loved one who’s experiencing difficult health problems. For me, Grand Brook and its wonderful staff were truly a god send. They helped me care for my wife with compassion and medical skill. They also personally helped me cope with all the many demanding stages that memory issues takes you through. I highly recommend Grand Brook for their expertise and the quality of care that they are able to provide.

  Searching for the perfect place for an aging parent was painstakingly difficult. With the help of a senior care advisor, I found Grand Brook. This facility met all the requirements needed to care for my dad, as did others, on paper. It was when we made a visit, met the director and staff, toured the building and chatted with residents, that we knew GB felt like home for my dad.
  
  Everyone employed there was friendly, caring and knowledgeable of what a memory care facility should contain. The residents were engaged with staff and each other, not parked forgotten in their rooms. Music played, people sang and conversed, some were exercising and some playing games. Each resident was always addressed by their name with a smile and hugs. Dad was well cared for physically and emotionally, when he had lost his appetite, the staff never stopped encouraging him to eat, even purchasing special foods he liked. When I was not visiting, the nurses and director kept me apprised of everything concerning Dad. Our family was always welcome to visit. We could not have found a better home for Dad!

  Grand Brook welcomed our mother and family with open arms. Their tender loving care, respect for the residents, and the attention to my mother's needs is amazing. The staff works nonstop and to the best of their ability to meet the needs of their residents. My mom loves the staff and has been much happier there than she was prior to Grand Brook. Thank you Grand Brook; our prayers were answered!! ~Laura Koloc

  I visited dozens of memory care facilities while looking for a place for my mom. This place felt like home from the moment that we walked in to it! The staff go above and beyond not only to care for my mom but to show her that she is loved. They are friendly, nurturing, attentive and capable. We enjoy the many opportunities Grand Brook provides for us to celebrate as a community with wonderful meals and entertainment. The facility is bright, cheerful and roomy which provided my mom with a great deal of freedom to walk about and explore while keeping her safe. We have such piece of mind knowing that mom is happy in her home!

  Grand Brook is superior to other memory care facilities. It has an atmosphere of positivity and kindness. The caregivers have a wonderful attitude, and are attentive to all residents. The rooms are clean, the food is prepared by a chef, and the common areas are comfortable. The staff is actively engaged in many activities with residents. Medical care is immediately available, and residents are treated with respect. I truly believe that my loved one has improved physically, mentally, and spiritually since she has moved into this facility. I highly recommend Grand Brook for your loved one.
