(January 21, 2019, 9:08 pm)My husband was already with stage 4 cancer in 2005 when we came to Baylor and met Dr. Olivares, who took him under his wings like a dear old friend. Often visiting with a big smile and calling my husband "panero" (friend), my husband would cheerfully smile back . With Dr. Olivares' compassionate care, all procedures seemed smooth and greatly relieved my husband's pain until his due time came to go.
I see Dr. Olivares for my own check-ups now. He never rushes, but takes my records seriously, really paying attention to me as his patient.
Thank you, Dr.Olivares for being a good doctor! God bless you more and more. -

(December 6, 2018, 10:55 pm)Dr. Olivares is a wonderful doctor and so very compassionate. He took care of our son who died in 2000. Had we known about Dr. Olivares when our son was originally diagnosed, he might still be alive today.

(September 12, 2017, 4:47 pm)We just love Dr. Olivares at Texas Oncology!!!!! He's such an awesome & a rare MD & a precious gem hidden in the middle of Garland, TX. He's so positive, intelligent, kind, comforting & truly cares for his patients! But, he's tough, tackling cancer like a lion with a broad spectrum battle plan which includes progressive & overall health focused approaches coupled with the latest treatments. His office is so pleasant, prompt, clean & professionally run & we feel so incredibly blessed to have found him.
