  My daughter has been attending Lake Cities Montessori School since she was 2 years old, and our experience has been fantastic! They teach with the AUTHENTIC Montessori method. My daughter is always telling me about things that she has learned each day with delight, which lets me know that she is not only absorbing what is being taught, but that she is having fun in the process. All of the children look genuinely happy every day when I drop her off and pick her up. They have an end of the school year musical every year in May in which the children perform, and family and friends can attend. This musical was delightful for the students, teachers, and everyone in attendance. They also have special activities during the summer. For instance, a petting zoo came to the school this week! My daughter was elated to get to see and touch all of the animals. To top everything off, the tuition is reasonable, and you don’t pay for any weeks that your child does not attend during the summer due to family vacations or whatever else your family has going on. My daughter is almost 4 years old now, and she still loves going to school, thanks to the awesome teachers and staff at Lake Cities Montessori. I highly reccomend this school to any parent who wants their child to have a top notch education and childcare experience!

  Lake Cities Montessori School has been an amazing experience for my 6yr old son. He has attended for the past 3 years. I have been so impressed with Ms. Mary and the staff for their true dedication to fostering my child's love of learning. As a Montessori family we know the importance of the Montessori philosophy. When researching different Montessori schools we found that finding a classical Montessori environment was quite difficult. Lake Cities has been able to take the educational style that Maria Montessori so lovingly created and blend it seamlessly with a modern approach. This has allowed our son to be able to transition into a more traditional environment when the time came. I am so thankful to have found this school and we will always look back at our time with the fondest of memories.

  My son has made great gains, he was stage fright and shy. In this past year, he has become more confident and secure with himself. He speaks clearly and confidently. He has become very empathetic and caring about his environment and animals. I am forever grateful for the services and time spent with my son by Mrs. Mary, Mrs. Jenkins, Ms. Carolina, Ms. Emily and the rest of the Lake Cities staff.

  Lake Cities Montessori was the best decision I could have made toward my child’s education. I just moved from Houston so finding the right school in Dallas was a challenge. I went through about 10 Montessori schools before finding Lake Cities Montessori.
  Being a doctor in pharmacy and coming from a family of medical doctors, dentist, lawyers, for my little girl education and nurturing was my primary concern and this school did exceptional! Alyssa was only 4 years old but reading on a 2nd grade level after we got her tested. Proud to say she past every standardize test with above average. Mrs. Mary teaches from the heart and truly cares.
  Alyssa had a lot of allergies and had to have special provisions that other schools could careless but Mrs. Mary made sure that she didn’t eat anything that was not hers. She had to take digestive enzymes and the school always made sure she received her medicine. She cares so much for the children at her school. She works with us to make sure my child was getting the best education and learning as much as she could. Mrs. Mary will meet with us on Alyssa whenever we wanted it was a revolving door. We would still be here but I drive from Plano just to bring Alyssa to Lake Cities Montessori. This school gave my daughter the foundation and the tools for success. Mrs. Mary is very caring and I never had to worry if my child was treated fairly. Alyssa loved the school and never wanted to leave. I would sometimes run late to pick her up because I worked far. When I would come my daughter would be reading a book to another student. Words cannot express what Lake Cities would do for your child. It’s a small school but the reward is BIG! Don’t be blinded by the big buildings choose a school that will focus on your child and his or her needs. Thank you Mrs. Mary for everything words cannot thank you enough for the impact you have had on my baby.

  We switched our son over to Lake Cities a little before he turned three. His experience here was wonderful. We could tell he was learning many things and was excited to go every day. The summer programs were wonderful and the kids enjoyed it thoroughly.
  Mrs. and Dr.Abidi are outstanding administrators; they have a wonderful staff who were willing to go to any ends to accommodate any needs. We had to move and could no longer keep our son enrolled here.
