(October 1, 2017, 9:51 am)My family had used dr rios for over 12 years at least. He is very concerned and affordable. He is usually fast even when large crowds are there. He is thorough. My husband had been to utswmc and also under care of parkland for a couple years at the time 4 yrs ago. Dr rios was the one who spotted the cancer on outside of his lung. Why did parkland miss it?? Not personal care. I have recommended at least 25 of his patients to him in these many years.
