(April 25, 2016, 10:17 am)HR Director Kathy Perez gave me a tour of the facility today. WOW, what a process. Everything is handmade, in fact during production every hat gets touched by over 90 people locally in their Garland TEXAS location.
Amazing process, amazing attention to detail those folks have, so much more goes into making a hat; I never knew.
