  I moved into my Storage Choice unit this week after contacting them the day before I needed to move in. I found the facility manager very knowledgeable, helpful and their moving truck was made available for my move without cost. I was able to see the unit before moving in and would recommend them to anyone. I was surprised that the storage space was aligned by an area I passed quite frequently but ever saw, it was clean and appeared safe.

  Joe hands down had the best customer service I’ve ever had!! We had gotten our personal belongings destroyed due to winter storm here in TX. He was very understanding and help us out in so many ways. Very blessed to have a guy like him help us out in these hard times. THANKS JOE!!!!

  Joe was extremely helpful and kind. He took time to show me the property and a few open storage spaces.. I feel like my possessions are very safe in this facility. Special kudos to Joe who really has gone above and beyond to help make my storage experience a good one!

  I walk into the facility and the manager Joe was assisting someone else. While social distancing I sat aside and waited patiently. While waiting, Joe checked up on me to make sure that I was ok and reassured he would only be moment. He was great with the customer he was helping and excellent with me. He was very inviting and made sure I was getting the best service that I could get. I ended up getting a storage unit and I will definitely recommend Storage Choice Carrollton. Thanks Joe you were simply amazing.

  I love coming here for a quick car inspection. These guys do great work but they’re not super busy that you have to wait 30,40,50 min to an hour to get an inspection done.
