I feel relieved that Jake was able to determine exactly what my car issues were. He and his team drove it to hear for themselves, they were thorough, and even though my car needs work, I can tell that they already fixed it enough for me to feel safe driving it. Jake was detailed when explaining to me what and when I needed to fix things. I have so much respect for these fellas and I just want this entire store to be recognized for their extreme care, knowledge, the positive and friendly attitudes , the level of customer service has been raised by Jake and his team. Thank you, so very much, for giving me piece of mind and for keeping my family safe! You have a loyal customer for life!????????????????

(July 31, 2019, 10:54 am)Damon was awesome. He wasn't pushy, or in a rush. He explained the situation and offered me options. He even explained why my tires might be wearing a certain way and offered a free alignment check. In the end, I needed 3 new tires. They only had two at the location, so they sent someone to get the third from another location while they installed the other two. The third was off and ready to be installed as soon as he returned. Quick, easy and painless. They kept me informed about what was going on and how long it would take. Great customer service, I will return! Oh, and my damaged tire was covered with the road hazard warranty, so that third replacement cost like 15 bucks. Highly recommend!!

(April 9, 2019, 4:58 pm)I had several problems with my car that I could not figure out what the cause was. Over a week i dealt with two service people (Adam and Damon), these guys were great. The assisted me in every way possible to get my car to the right tech and make sure the work was above par. The two technicians (Blaine and Lonnie) were outstanding! Not only were they able to diagnose the issue, but were able to fix it within a very reasonable time frame. I thought for sure I was going to have to leave the car over night with all the problems I was having. These guys are good and will never try to pull one over on you by selling you stuff you don't need. They pinpoint the issue and fix the issue that needs attention, if there are other issues that arise and need attention they let you know and explain it in such a way that anyone not mechanically inclined would still understand. My entire family bring their vehicles up to this location to be serviced and we have never had any problems. I highly recommend coming to Lavon Firestone in Garland!
