Garrett's Moving & Storage

We received a mattress delivery and both guys were very professional and courteous. They called 45 min before delivery which put them arriving at the start of the 2 hr window we were given. They unpackaged our mattresses using gloves, placed them on the beds and removed all trash. Very happy with their customer service.

Recently used Garrett's Moving & Storage after a recommendation from some friends who had used them about a month prior. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! They arrived promptly at 9:00 AM as scheduled. The guys who actually did the move were VERY hard working all day long. Everything was wrapped well and they took great care not to scratch walls or door trims. They moved things from multiple locations to our new home with no complaints. Not one single item was broken or damaged in any way. They helped position rugs in the rooms before moving the furniture in and even swept off our driveway before they left! The entire group of guys were pleasant all day long. There was no smoking, foul language, or grouchiness. The representative who quoted our move came out during the day of the move to make sure everything was going as promised, and it was. The pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone moving in the DFW area.

Garrett's delivered my king sized mattress upstairs on Monday and did an excellent job - it was a tight squeeze, but they did it!. They arrived earlier than promised and of course called first. The owner, Brandon, also came by to see the delivery was handled properly. Thank you Adam and Brandon for a job well done! You have made an old lady very, very happy.
