  Lance saved the day. I had an issue with my mattress delivery and called the Garland Crossing store and explained the situation and Lance went into action and was able not only to rectify the situation but my mattress will be delivered within 3 days. I was ecstatic as I have looked foward to sleeping on my new mattress. Therefore, because of Lance's excellent customer service I will always give my business to this store. Thank you.

  Lance was amazing! He explained everything in complete detail and was not bothered by the millions of questions my wife and I asked as we went from bed to bed. He knew the ins and outs of each brand and individual mattress and also knew what to recommend us based off of our sleeping style. It's been 5 years since we purchased a new mattress and it was long over due. Lance took complete care of us and we walked out with an amazing bed and two way adjustable bed frame (his explanation of the two way adjustable bed frame changed how we thought of back pain and convinced us to buy one). This is the second time we've purchased a bed from Mattress Firm and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you Lance for an amazing experience and the best bed/frame we've ever owned!!

  Went in to get a whole new mattress set. Lance asked me a few question on what I was looking for and was able to take me to a few different setups. He was always making sure to let me know about the different settings that come with the adjustable frames and what they offer. He was very polite, knew his products, did push a certain brand and above all else just wanted to make sure I was comfortable with what I wanted. I definitely recommend coming to see Lance!!!!

  Lance Taylor was friendly, helpful, answered all my questions and provided me with good insights on mattresses, construction and comfort that enabled me to select the best mattress for a sound night's sleep.
  
  I also took advantage of a sales promotion he showed me for a free adjustable base, got the mattress I wanted and saved almost $500.
  
  They delivered during my delivery window, got it setup very quickly and hauled away the old mattress and box springs. Very happy.
