(October 10, 2019, 12:12 pm)I have been to the Wylie and Garland locations. I have no complaint about the personnel. The front office people were reasonable. I saw the doctor on time. The doctor that I saw (Dr. GHOBRIEL) I was concerned about my well-being although he did seem a bit rushed. The only comment I have is that they could keep the work area for the front office a little neater. The lack of neatness is a reflection of their degree of professionalism. Right now I don't have a reason to fire them. I was referred to North Texas Urology (NTU) by Baylor Scott White ER in Rockwall. They referred me to Dr Carr however I saw dr. Ghobrial because I could get in to see him sooner and my situation was somewhat urgent. NOTE: For those of you that do go to NTU it seems that the Garland location has better availability.
