  Dr. Lam, nurses, and office staff are extremely efficient. Our family visited their dentristry for the first time, we felt friendly welcomed by everyone. Dr. Lam shared and explained procedures beforehand making us well informed. Our son had a great experience as well, it was fast and painless visit; great for a 5 year old. We are happy to have found our dentist.

  Dr A Lam, A kind, gentle, genious!! His staff caring, courageous, and they. HE, WILL LISTEN to YOU! HE WILL HELP YOU, HE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUE, PAIN FREE!!! What a gift to Garland Tx. Any anyone with real, and serious dental concerns! This will be the last time, you ever look for another dentist! Thank You all @ Dr Lams office, for the overwhelming wonderful care I received from you all!

  I’m a new patient and I’ve had 2 deep cleanings and 3 root canals in the past month with Dr. Lam at NW Dental. I’ve had no pain with any of these dreaded procedures. He and his staff are very courteous and professional. They are also very accommodating to me since I’m in an electric wheelchair. They also accommodate me by opening doors for me, moving my wheelchair once I’m
  in the dental chair, and calling my bus transportation while I’m still in the chair so I don’t have to wait on him. I highly recommend this office.

  The clinc provides excellent care. All of the staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Lam is very attentive, has an incredible attention to detail and always answers all of my questions. This was a great experience.

  The staff at NW Dental demonstrate excellent patient-centered care; in addition, they heavily stress care over cure. The overall environment is comfortable, caring, and clean. Dr. Lam is thorough and reassuring when working with his patients. He always communicates the steps required for treatment, and he informs any risks that may be associated with a diagnosed procedure.
