I had an eye emergency and was worked in the same day. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Overall great experience to help me get over such a bad day.
I have used Dr. Keehn for many years for glasses and contacts. I always have a thorough exam and the staff is great!
I live near Lake Tawakoni and drive to Garland because the customer service here is nothing less than amazing! Dr. Keehn and his staff are always very friendly and thorough. I never feel rushed. I would highly recommend to anyone whose looking for the best eye care.
We went earlier this year and saw Dr. Keene. He was very professional, courteous & explained things in layman terms where my husband could understand.
Staff is nice, wait time was short.
My complaint is they want to charge an additional 40.00 for an eye glass prescription which I find appalling when you've already paid for an eye exam & office visit. So we'll not be going back to this office. Definitely not a good place for someone on a fixed income.
I've seen Dr Keehn several times over many years. The staff has always been very polite and efficient. My wait times have always been short or reasonable and exams thorough. I still highly recommend him.
