Dr Jeffrey Taylor is amazing, great bedside manner, very intelligent and easy to talk to. His staff is also very polite and prompt, they always makes me feel comfortable and welcome.
Great Doc and staff. Professional, thorough, & funny. I drive from Ft Worth to Garland to see him or Misty, Phys Assist. For 16yrs now. There is no pressure to get you thru there. Bring water and a book or magazine. It's worth the wait. Thanks to the Our Family Dr team for helping me thru life.
I can only say great things for this practice. After transplanting to TX a couple of years ago, I had to obtain a Primary Care Physician, and my insurance referred me to Our Family Doctor.
It is so hard to find Good medical care now days, but from the front desk to triage to the nurse to the physicians, I have never ever had a bad experience.
Everyone listens to you and your concerns. No matter if I have an appointment or not when I need to be seen I am always accommodated.
I have always felt like I was the most important person at the time of my visit. Never rushed and never disrespected by anyone.
