We had a spark from our electrical panel on our 1936 home. We called Cohen and they didn't have a crew that could help us immediately... but we scheduled something later that week. Shortly after we hung up, I got a call back that they could come the same afternoon, or right then. I said come on... and they came immediately, discovered a wire that had been pinched and fixed it.
