    I am only rating the associate as of 5, I was at T-Mobile because I had a fraudulent activity on my account. I had someone to add a financing charge to a phone that I paid cash for. I'm a sixteen-year customer with T-Mobile and they can't get my money the right way?

    I came in to upgrade to the XR and the girl that helped me was really friendly. I remember her name is Vilma with an “I” because she said it was like Vilma from scooby doo which I thought was really funny. Plus, she has super cool blue hair. Whenever I go back, I’ll be sure to go to her.
