Going to see a cardiologist when you know you’re having an issue is not un-stressful. However, from the moment that I walked in the door and was greeted by the receptionist to the moment that I stepped out the door I had a fantastic experience. The staff was all very cordial. They were running a few minutes late, but were very apologetic. (Seriously though, who goes to a doctors appointment these days and expects to be seen exactly on time? I was seen very close to my appointment time.) I love the text messages and emails to remind me of my appointment… Because, sometimes life gets in the way and it’s nice to have a gentle reminder. The doctor spoke very clearly and use terms that I could completely understand, he made me laugh, and I felt completely at ease. I’m happy that he’s going to be doing my procedure really soon!
