The lady at the front desk, Valerie or Vanessa cant remember her name is so welcoming and then , the appointment wait time is not long at all THEN..... You meet Jane and what a God send. She thoroughly explains everything to you and what to expect. my daughter could possibly be high risk so she even sent her over a weekend for extra test. They answer your questions even if you call and dont understand Jane will get on the phone and explain. I am so happy we are about to spend the next several months with all of them!!
