“I've just started but first impressions are VERY positive. The manager/owner is Corey, very nice guy who is knowledgeable and helpful. Dominic is the trainer and he is super competent and friendly. The place is spotless and super modern. They have a good selection of machines and free weights, and I have had no trouble getting time on any equipment. Everything is new, good quality and operational. Restrooms and showers are nice and clean, soap/towels not provided. Members get a key fob to gain entry during and after regular hours. I will update when I've been around longer, but so far I love it.”

“Almost two years ago, we moved my parents into Arbor House Garland Assisted Living… they didn’t want to go at the time, but mom did well and my dad really flourished there. Sadly, dad passed away this February and my mom’s dementia had progressed to the point that we needed to move her to memory care, Arbor Gardens. We have been very pleased with the care she has received there. Arbor House and Arbor Gardens aren’t perfect, but there is no perfect place, it just doesn’t exist. What we did find was a place that watched out for them, served good food, dispensed medicines, cleaned, developed a caring relationship, and was there for them 24/7. It took a staff consisting of a lot of people, but Arbor House/Gardens has taken care of my parents at a level above what I had the ability to provide. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Arbor House/Gardens. They have gently helped us through the very difficult time of moving mom to memory care. They are caring, loving and attentive to my mom, and my family and I appreciate so much the entire staff of Arbor House Garland.”

“Dr Smith n staff where great, he had treated my so beforehand, so I went to see him when I hurt my ankle (fractured ☹️). He took the time to explain my condition and treatment plan also helped with foot pain (heel spur). I like he can do exrays in office, injections.”

“I've suffered from "hammer-toes" since my childhood, the symptoms caused both by wearing too-small shoes as a growing child and later in life by wearing "fashionable shoes" that had ill-designed toe-boxes. The result was horribly-disfigured toes and pain in everything from walking to working in the yard to simply standing. My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Scott Smith at Metroplex and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Smith Immediately recognized my issues and recommended a plan of action to correct those problems. I am now pain-free and even comfortable in wearing open-toed sandals in the summer! Dr. Smith is clearly well-educated in his chosen field but, more importantly to me, has an exceptional bedside manner to communicate that education in a way that's easily-understood by the layperson. He possesses a tremendous disposition regardless of the other challenges of his day, and his staff emulates his positive attitudes in making their patients feel welcome, comfortable and confident in the results. I've left reviews of Dr. Smith's efforts and staff in his other two locations in Richardson and Dallas - this one gets only 4 stars due to the dated condition of the Garland facilities. Other than that, the staff and professionalism, and quality of service, remain consistent with my other 5-star reviews! Thanks, Dr. Smith, for your outstanding service and attention!”

“Posh Care is the place for your loved one to stay for a peaceful and a very comfortable living. They indeed epitomize the name “Posh”. The facility is very exquisite. Very clean and accessible and makes all residents feel at home. The staff is exceptional, very caring and respectful. No need is ever overlooked, and your worry immediately becomes theirs. The reception I received from the manager on my initial visit was just fabulous. I felt like a king immediately. I have not regretted patronizing, and highly recommend Posh Care to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.”
