“I cannot recommend this jeweler enough! My wife's antique wedding ring's shank broke and the stone popped out. We were fortunate enough to have found the stone. I took it to Alex and Intrigue Jewelers to fix the shank, set the stone, and re-tip the setting. Alex was extremely helpful, explaining what they were going to do with the repairs and upfront with the cost and time. While doing the work, Alex called me, explaining that he wanted to do a bit more, rebuilding each of the entire tips and not just the top part. Said he just wasn't comfortable with the way the stone was sitting the way it was. He wanted to make the ring much stronger and better. He also told me that he just wanted to do it and wasn't going to charge me any extra because it was the right thing to do, he just needed a couple more days. This is GREAT customer service, someone who takes pride in his work, stands behind his work, and most importantly has the customer's best interest at heart. I just picked the ring up and it is beautiful. This will be the jeweler that we take ALL of my wife's jewelry to from now on. Very trustworthy, efficient, and reasonable. “I own an L. L. Bean field watch that I bought in July 1998. When the latest battery died, I took it to Batteries Plus for a replacement. The young man who installed the battery torqued down the crown so hard that it wouldn't move. While the new battery started the watch again, it was impossible to set the current date and time. I tried different techniques to free the crown and pull out the stem, but the crown wouldn't budge. Today I visited Ace Jewelry. The man on duty used some small pliers. He freed the crown, pulled out the stem, set the date and time, put the stem back in position, locked the crown, and handed me my watch. He didn't charge me! My wife and I have been looking to have our wedding rings resized. After our experience today, we're definitely going to take them there.”

“Despite the fact that this is an awful Walmart location, it does not apply to the Clinic here. As an URGENT care clinic, I give it 5 stars. You come here for urgent care needs and you are welcomed with exceptional service. I have been an urgent care patient here for 5 years now and love the convenience. I received my flu shot this year from the nurse Yolanda and didn’t feel a thing! Yolanda, the Nurse Practitioner Lisa, and the rest of staff always maintain a positive attitude despite the disrespectful customers I have personally seen them deal with over the years (folks, please respect our health care workers during these unprecedented times). I have been seen for small things such as a slight cough or sore throat. I do not recommend this as a primary care clinic and do see a primary care physician and specialists for my other medical needs. I highly advise people to keep in mind that this is an urgent care clinic and not all issues may be treated.”
