It was actually the first time I left there not feeling anxious because my issue wasn't handled professionally. Not that I'm a regular or anything, but the 2, maybe 3 times I've had to go in before there was always a couple of young girls behind the counter with their faces in their own phones barely looking up unless absolutely necessary.
