They addressed the few issues causing the problem as well as and helped educate me on how the direct vent fireplace worked. The owner, Russell, also was not going to charge us if he was unable to fix the problem. Excellent service. Will use again with any future fireplace issues.”

“Extremely reasonable rate but Jared the owner is SUPER Customer oriented. He evaluates what you need and then does it. I've hired him 2x now both times at the holidays when I can be with my mom to help her. Jared has worked me in when I needed it including yesterday on New Year's Eve and he is always prompt, efficient, extremely nice and professional with a great 'customer' orientation. He gets great reviews on yelp...so I'm surprised he does not have a lot of reviews on Google but I'm happy to tell others about him. I just wish he did more than just 'pest management'. 5 stars about everything. Oh and for those who love technology...his appts are managed by a great program that lets you know you are scheduled, when he is done and then sends you a copy of the invoice. I think the company should be called 5 star all pest mngt or maybe all pest 5 star management! Regardless, don't hesitate to try him. Oh and if you have an older parent you need to help Jared is the man for the job. Older people LOVE HIM. He is patient, speaks clearly and loudly for those with hearing impairments and helps the client know exactly what he needs to do. They feel they can trust him and that's a huge relief if you need someone to provide services for someone more vulnerable.”

“I've suffered from "hammer-toes" since my childhood, the symptoms caused both by wearing too-small shoes as a growing child and later in life by wearing "fashionable shoes" that had ill-designed toe-boxes. The result was horribly-disfigured toes and pain in everything from walking to working in the yard to simply standing. My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Scott Smith at Metroplex and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Smith Immediately recognized my issues and recommended a plan of action to correct those problems. I am now pain-free and even comfortable in wearing open-toed sandals in the summer! Dr. Smith is clearly well-educated in his chosen field but, more importantly to me, has an exceptional bedside manner to communicate that education in a way that's easily-understood by the layperson. He possesses a tremendous disposition regardless of the other challenges of his day, and his staff emulates his positive attitudes in making their patients feel welcome, comfortable and confident in the results. I've left reviews of Dr. Smith's efforts and staff in his other two locations in Richardson and Dallas - this one gets only 4 stars due to the dated condition of the Garland facilities. “I've been a customer of Rockler for a few years now and I thoroughly enjoy the experience of shopping here as much as the products. The staff are always willing to help or give advice, but equally willing to step back and allow the more knowledgeable to manage for themselves. It makes me think of shopping at a hardware store owned by Wilson from the old TV show Home Improvement. The lumber is always top notch, the Rockler branded tools and accoutrements are well made and lasting, and prices are often times better than competitors. I highly recommend this or any Rockler for seasoned woodworkers or beginners.”
