They help me get my bill from 600.00 to 300.00, and help me receive refunds I deserved. They patiently and professionally sat there helping me get my account straight for at least 3 hours. This meant everything to me because my Dad and Mom recently passed away 3 months apart. I’ve been so busy taking care of their business affairs after their deaths, that I had not had time to take care of my own. As they worked with me they wrote copious notes, so that I didn’t have to. I call this servant leadership. I didn’t even buy anything from the store, but the next phone I buy will certainly be from these incredible employees. I enjoy eating them when I have a craving but I don't want to do the work of making them. Plus I don't eat them often enough to justify buying all the materials. “I recently visited Extra Space Storage after stopping by the other storage facilities in the area. I wish I would've saved myself so much time and just come here first. The facility itself has a good layout and is easy to maneuver. All the units are on the ground so no worries about climbing stairs or having to haul boxes. The storage unit is exactly what was described and was clean. We were helped by Donna who couldn't have been better. She answered all my questions, was informative, and helped me get the best deal for my needs. Overall very pleased and highly recommend.”
